MAYers!! Did YOU move to lose today? 8/2/07
Maybe I will start this up. I saw Donna ask someone about it, and i hope I am not stepping on toes here, but I thought I would go ahead and do it.
I just signed up for another 10 hours with my personal trainer. On Aug 9 I will get measured and weighed with her and find out my three-month progress!!
Exercise today - 1 hour weight training with various intervals of cardio to keep up my heart-rate. Today she had me target my arms and chest. I am getting ready to hop on my treadmill for 30 minutes....alternating walking at 3.1 mph for 4 minutes and jogging for 1 minute. I will then do 3 reps of 20 crunches.

I won't lie...I haven't really done CRAP for the last few days. I got on the eliptical for a few minutes today, did some shopping and parked at the back of the parking lots...does that count?? lol......NO!!! I need to get my butt in gear! I plan to swim as much as possible on my vacation next week (when I'm not laying out in the sun...) Haha. I hope everyone else is more on the ball than I am!!

Oh baby did I move to lose today! I just got back from NYC! We walked out of Penn Station, took a cab to ground zero then never STOPPED walking! It was FABULOUS!!! My mom wasn't sure I could keep up. For some reason my dropping 55 lbs hasn't hit them yet. LOL We had a great day though it was hot, hot, hot. And, we saw the Naked Cowboy too! lol I wish I'd had my pedometer with me.

Thanks Carey, I could have started it myself but on work days I am not sure when I will get here.....didn't get me moving LOL! Tomorrow I work so I am goign to make me a shake and for dinner and get dh to take a walk with me tonight. Sat I am going swimming with the kids.
BTW did K mention Beneprotein to you? If she did and you want to try it I just recieved a box of them today. Email if you want more info.
