Annoying Stall
That is what I have heard and waht I see on another board with thoses that are further out....make shure to be vigilant withthe protein , water and excerise. Speaking of excercise. All of us Mayers seem to like accountability and I for one am missing your post....."Did you move today" I need to get moving and need to be held accoutable.

I don't know, looking back I did have a slow-down in weight loss around the time you are now, but it only lasted a week and I had some bigger losses after that. Try playing around with your protein/water intake, see how your body reacts.
It will pass!
i had a twelve day stall. i went up 3lbs and stayed there. it was incredibly frustrating. this is what broke it. exercise. getting enough sleep. water, water, water, and adding in 45 grams of protien (i use the nectar, it is so good!) i'm moving down the scale for now, i'm sure another stall is coming, but for now i am so happy the scale has finally moved!
