A big NSV moment!!!

I did it! One of my goals was to chance going down the water slide not afraid to get stuck. I did it! The kids were so proud so my daughter and her friend talked me into going down one with a three person tube....so ok I had to flopped myself non gracefully out of it.....but.....I did it!!!!! This is a big NSV (non scale victory) for me!!! I have not been able to go down these slides with my kids for years. I even was able to get my son to go down and now he loves it. next stop is our amusement park trip in October where I will get to ride the rides I have not fit into in years! I have alsways taken soemone with us that would ride with them.....not anymore i told the kids we will go back on sat and let me show their dad what I can do LOL! Donna W

Thanks Kathy! Yes, I figure by October I should be able to fit into rides without a problem. This is the best part....sure losing the weight is great, but enjoying life with my kids was the main goal!!! Donna

That's great Donna, sounds like you had a blast! That must have been great for your kids too I went to Six Flags last weekend and was dragged onto EVERYTHING. I almost wish I didn't fit on everything
