What are you eating?
Thanks for starting this Maxine! Hopefully we can all get some good ideas.
Here is what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast: 1/3 cup cheerios, 2 tbsp. strawberry applesauce
Lunch: 2 oz. soy ginger glazed tofu with about 2 oz. steamed broccoli
Dinner: Pulled BBQ chicken and mashed sweet potato
Dinner went down too fast again and ended up coming right back up.
Today's goal is to not

This is a good question because I think we all are at the point where we are getting broed with what we are eating and looking for new ideas.
Breakfast
Kashi go lean cereal with activia light raspberry yogurt
Lunch
Left over roasted adobe pork thinly sliced and a couple strawberries
Dinner
Aidell's terriyaki pineapple chicken meatballs with ketsup
what's been a staple for me lately is
1 large can chunk white chicken or tuna
1 can southwestern black beans
1 small jar salsa ( I like paul newmans mild)
I mix it all up in a tupperware because there's no way I can eat all that and then either have it cold with a wasa crisp cracker or put cheese on it and heat it in the microwave.
I'm getting bored to. Today for breakfast I had 1 poached egg and 1/2 piece whole wheat toast. Yesterday was...
B - 1/3 cup low sugar apple cinnamon instant oatmeal
L - lf cheese stick
D - approx. 1/3 cup of hamburger, 3-4 green beans
I'm having a hard time getting that much in. Not that I throw up, but that I'm just not hungry and feel full most of the day. It's even worse trying to get the protein shakes in. uugh!

Cheese stick w/ thin sliced deli meat
left overs from dinner
Tuna or chicken w/ 4 whole wheat crackers
Dinner one of theres:
Beans

Soup
protein bar (if I didn't have one earlier)
stir fry w/ chicken

I am finally able to eat salads again! YAY! I miss green things, that we dont have to cook to death. I like my veggies firm, etc.
I had a really hard time, come week 6.. thats when everything i had been eating already for nearly a month, made me sick. I was throwing up anything protein for about 6 weeks. Finally getting back to where I can eat proteins again. (was living on string cheeze and yogurt for a month!) Im just happy to have my salad back! lol (Ohh the little pleasures, when you miss something!)
