I got sick last night for the first time in weeks!
FYI, last week I had a procedure done to check my stomach opening, etc. They enlarged my opening slightly to prevent the foamies. I seemed to get sick on so many foods and liquids that I was living on protein shakes and Dannon's light and fit smoothies. I'm "somewhat better". Maybe if I rated it from 1 to 10, I might say I'm a 2 improvement. But after reading all the comments you all are making .. I'm not the only one still having trouble with food. .... But whoever talked about raw veges!!! Are you kidding they scare the crap out of me! Do you eat raw brocolli, cetery or raw carrots? How could you ever chew them enough?
