finally... the stall breaks!!! woo hoo!!

after 12 LOOOOOONG days of the scale not moving (THAT will surely mess with your mind!!) my stall broke and i am now below 250 lbs! i'm so excited. wooooo hoooo! i haven't been below 250 since my junior year in college (10 years ago!)

that is so awesome. I've hit a stall too, and now I refuse to get on the scale. It just makes me sad and frustrated.
