You are right, everyones seems to be differnt. I think I progressed much slower than most here. I was on liquids the first two weeks then pureed from 2wks to 6wks and then I progressed to soft foods and will be on that until 12 wks. The gist of it is 60-80 gms of protien and an additional min of 64oz water (or sf beverage) foods I can add at this stage are lowfat or non fat sf yogurt, string cheese, beans, lentils, scrambled eggs, shaved deli turkey, soft and moist fish, soft most ground beef, protien suppliements as needed between meals, soft frits such as banana, strawberries and ripe peaches, well cooked veggies but no corn, unsweetned oatmeal, soups with soft incredients but no beef or pork avoid cream based. Then I can also have what I could before grits, cream of wheat, pudding, sf jello, sf popsicles etc I am supposed to eat the protein first, then the veggies, then starches but on the pureed I would put mostly meat , some veggies and a little potatoes in the blender. I have gone back to the liquids mostly becuase I seem to have some swelling at the moment. Donna
