Exercise?

I love my exercise plan. I walk a mile every day in the morning with my dog (who is just a little lazy). Twice a week I go to Planet Fitness and work on weights or the circuit trainer (30 minutes of machines and stepping). Then once a week I take a water aerobics class at a local school.
