-47 and decreasing meds and CPAP

I am off 1 BP med and now decreasing my cholesterol med. My cholesterol was 221 in Dec and is now 147!!! I am also titrating my CPAP down since it is blowing my mouth open!!! WOOOOHOOOOO!!
