Hi Everyone-
Does anyone use a website to track their nutritional intake? I haven't been doing this, but it seems like it may be helpful to figure out if I am getting enough of everything in each day.
Any opinions or suggestions??

I use Fitday.com
It's free and easy. You can track food intake and it breaks down the fat, carbs, protein you've taken in each day. You can also track exercise.

Fitday.com is good, really easy to use.
Sparkpeople.com is also good, more colourful and stuff.
Calorie-counter.com has a lot of info, but the tracker annoys me.
Thedailyplate.com also has a bunch of items fitday doesn't have.
Hope that helps
I use sparkpeople.com. It's free and easy. I've been doing it every day since surgery (with a couple of exceptions) and I find it's a great way to track my calories and most especially protein. It's helpful in keeping me mindful of what's going in my mouth!
