Saturday: Did You Move Today??

Well my trip to Busch Gardens was rained out My best friend's fiance has his private pilot's liscense so we flew to Lurray Caverns and then to Morgantown, WV for lunch. Good times! So...........What did you do to MOVE today?? I walked over 2 miles at Lurray and then I plan to go swim laps tonight. Hope everyone is having a good weekend! Kathy

My friend was showing me a few moves she taught in aquafitness, all stuff I can do on my own, so that was fun. I also went mad shopping today, and tonight we're walking to the fireworks...two month ago all this would knock me out!
