S-1 piece of low fat string cheese

S-Yoplait Light Yogurt smoothie
D-2 pieces low fat string cheese
Should be like 700ish calories and 55g protein?...We'll see. Calories seem kind of high today. But 700 is probably good for me. I think I need to lay off the dairy...Haha. =)

D - Mexican chicken stew, pureed (Yum!)
S - Seedless watermelon
Something over 70g of protein. I have NO idea how much protein was in the stew and I wasn't counting calories. But if I was, could I subtract the 340 calories the pedometer says I burned off? Pretty please?

I had:
B- Heart smart oatmeal 1/2 package with protein powder in it
S- sf applesauce w/ protein powder
L- string cheese with turkey slice wrapped around it tbls peas
s-lite-n-fit yogert with protein powder
D- Gortens fish filet w/ roasted squash
S- sf pudding w/ 1/4 banana ans cinnimon in it, taste like bananas foster.... well sort of.
Best I can figure its about 60g of protein and 600 cals.
B- 1 piece string cheese
Lunch- 2 oz Turkey breast w/ slice of mozz cheese and some ff mayo
D- weigh****chers whole grain bread 1 piece 2 oz ham
Kinda been forgetting ot eat lately... not good... been feeling a little tired.. so gotta kick up the protien and snacks i think,,, and double check my vitamins...

S - 2 oz pudding with protein powder - 5 g protein
D - 2 oz wonton soup (didn't like it so much) - 8 g protein
S - 1 oz pureed pork loin moistened with milk - 8 g protein
Surgeon told me to not pay attention to the calories yet, just making sure to get protein, water, and walking in. So far so good! FYI - I did ask today if it was okay to skip my evening snack if I have my protein in and just don't want to eat. Dr. P said it's better that I only have 1 oz at dinner and 1 oz for evening snack, because I should be eating six times spaced out so my system doesn't decide to slow down on weight loss.
