Thursday: What did you eat today???
Here's what I'm planning...I have to work again tonight.
B: 2 pieces of low-fat string cheese. about 14 g of protein
S: Carnation instant breakfast w/ 1/2 % milk--13g of protein
L: 2 pieces of low-fat string cheese. 14g protein
S: Kids Didit cracker pack--3 g protein
D: Either Yogurt smoothie--5g protein or Carnation Instant Breakfast 13g protein
Soo...I should end up at about 49g - 58g of protein. Not too bad...but not great.

I love this idea..I had a really bad food day the first day you did this because I didn't eat much at all but yesterday was better.
b. egg substitute w/ cooked onion and cheese in an omelet
l. Chicken Salad mixture with 4 who wheat crackers
D. Baked pork chop w/ mushroom soup over the top and cauliflower YUMMY it was so good and went down great!
S. Chicken salad mixture w/ 3 crackers
Total of 358 Calories and 41 protein

Hey I am not doing good with food...... I dont understand how any of yall can eat so much-----I dont ever see how I will get protein in-----
B---Water; 2 ounces of milk
L--- Unsweet tea; water; 1ounce of egg salad
S--2 ounces of chicken and stars soup.....
I really need help---- I cant seem to eat anything I believe the only reason I could eat the 2 oz of soup is because its SOUP.....LOL
