SNACKS ANYONE

I have gone through different snack phases. (whats good one week doesnt always work the next.) Unsweetened applesauce, Sugarfree puddings, lowfat string cheese, cooked bananas are great! Also for meals, often do something like chicken salad/crab salad/egg salad on crackers.

To me everything seems like a snack when I can only have 3 Tablespoons of it. lol
My favorites are FF Refried Beans with mozz cheese melted on top, Braunschweiger (aka liverworst) on a whole wheat cracker, string cheese, sf fudgicle, sf popscicles, canned chicken and cheese melted together, etc. As I get further out, I'm going to do the low carb tortilla with pizza sauce, cheese and ground meat on top to have a little mini pizza. When I can advance a little more, the first thing I'm going to have is shrimp skewers on the grill! Yum!
