Wednesday: What did you eat today???
Well, since I go back to work again tonight....and work tonight, tomorrow, and Friday...I'll try to start this when I get up and pack my lunch. Hopefully I'll be able to eat everything I take with me. It's hard to get the snacks in...but I'm changed it up a little today--so maybe it'll be easier. I got up at 3...and I'm eating at 3:30. I'll eat again at 6:30 and then wait til lunch break. Take one snack break...and then drink a smoothie on the way home. Maybe that way I can get in everything I'm trying to get in. Wish me luck!! So...here's what the plan is.
Breakfast: 1/4c extra lean ground turkey w/ lowfat cheese & lowfat sr cream
Snack: 8oz 1/2 % milk w/ 1 packet of NSA carnation instant breakfast
Lunch: 1/4c extra lean ground turkey w/ lowfat cheese & lowfat sr cream
Snack: Handi-snacks breadsticks and cheese pack
"Dinner"--at 7am--haha.---Yoplait Light Strawberry Smoothie
Should end up being about 65 grams of protein and around 600 calories.

Ok so here is what I had today. I have not found all the cals and proteins but here is the food:
Breakfast: 4 saltines, still queezy from last night
Snack: low fat string cheese
Lunch: 1/4 cup smashed beans
Snack: S/F pudding
Dinner: 3 oz Chicken breast
Snack: 1/4 cup S/F lemon mousse
Who is starting this tomorrow, if you are working?
I'll still try to start it before I go to work. I'll just let you know what my "plans are for the night". As for last night...the only thing I didn't get in was the stupid yogurt smoothie. Oh well...I did my *******so threw up the handi-snacks breadsticks & cheese pack...bummer. I think I wolfed them down too quickly while I was in between feeding babies. I also didn't get all my water in...but I did alright. It's hard when I'm working...I had a really busy assignment. Hopefully I'll do better tonight.
Had kind of a bad eating day. And I was a vitamen delinquent.

Breakfast: 2tbsp cream of wheat made with skim milk and 2tbsp SF applesauce
Snack: Protein Shake
Lunch: 2tbsp FF refried black beans and 2tbsp mashed cauliflower
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: just a few Cheerios. not good, but that's ok.
