Lets try this.......Tues: What did you eat today??
Okay--this is something they do on the RNY board...so I thought maybe it would help keep all of us "May Babies" posting here and help us be accountable for what we're eating! Sooo...I thought we could start doing this. I'll try to start it everyday if it's not already started.......but since I work 12 hr night shifts...someone else will have to start it when I'm not here. Just a thought............I'll go first!!

I'm starting to feel like I'm doing the RIGHT things now. YAY!!! Let me know how you all are doing so maybe I can get some different ideas for food!!
P.S.---If you don't know the total nutritional content....still post. I'm using FitDay.com......that's the only reason I know mine!!!
Courtney,
I have a question about Fitday. I haven't signed up and joined as a paying memeber and I am wondering if that is my problem. For instance, yesterday I was trying to find the nut info on a grilled chicken breast - and believe it or not, I could not find it.
I guess my question is - if I pay the membership to join, will I be able to find more nut info on more foods?
Thanks,
Eileen
I had my surgery May 21. I don't feel that I am doing it right so I hope this continues. This is exactly what I need not only to keep me accountable but to help me see what others are eating.
