***Monday Weight Checks***
Okay folks, let's keep the ball rolling. We need more participation if we are ever going to hit the "100 pounds in one week club". For every pound you reduce by, put a jumpy thing in there. You put one in by typing a colon ":" on both sides of the word "jump". Just feel free to add anything else that you would like to share.
This week for me has been fantastic. I was on the 10 day liquid diet and I've been walking between 3-5 miles per day. I also record everything in my "Fitday.com" program that has proven to be one of my biggest helps so far (by the way...spend the $20 to get the progam instead of the free one - it is so worth it).
Okay...here it is...11 pounds reduced this week.
I've reduced by 36 pounds (pre-op)
Reduced by 11 pounds (liquid diet)
Total reduced - 47 pounds (and I haven't had the surgery yet)
Now I'm exactly a slender 300 pounds as of this morning (okay slender in my mind)
I'm so ready for this...let me at those pounds.

Hi all I am new to the site. Had my surgery May 22, 2007. I am one week out from surgery and have lost 10 pounds. Not sure how cause it seems everytime I turn around I am eating something that is on my meal plan. I am also walking everyday. I think today I put in a mile and a half. I really didnt think by now I would be able to walk that far and be comfortable.
