Warning All Married or Engaged Women Weight Loss Patients

Please be careful. Since I lost 80 pounds my engagement and wedding band is very loose. Lazy me continues to wear my rings. I recently had the rings polished and they were sooo sparkly. Well long behold they fell off my finger! Thank goodness it fell off while I was digging in my gym bag. I thought I lost it in the street walking at lunch time. I retraced all my tracks and found it in my bag. Now lazy me will go and get a ring guard to prevent it from falling off.
