It's common to plateau especially if you are switching into another stage of foods. Another factor is menstruation...a lot of ladies don't lose or gain a bit right before then lose a lot right after. Also, another factor is not enough protein or water...you are in ketosis and starvation mode and you need to trick the body into thinking you will not starve it hence uping the protein and water intake so it starts to burn more rather than hanging on to every calorie. These are just suggestions. If in doubt call your surgeon or nutritionist.
