My first post on this board

I usually hang out on the main forum. My surgery is scheduled for Monday 5/28/07 and Im probably blocking it emotionally because Im not nervous.... yet. LOL. I have been so busy with the end of school stuff that I have had not time to dwell on this (even tho it seems its allllll I think about). Save a seat for me on the losers side!!

Welcome to the May '07 board, Arleen! I know what you mean about being so busy. I have just returned home from a conference where I was one of the speakers and have three days to rest up before surgery on the 29th. I have been so busy with work and preparing for the conference that I haven't had time to think about anything else. I'm waiting to see if the anxiety hits me this weekend. I wish I was going in on Monday instead of Tuesday but my doctor took the holiday off. The nerve of that guy! Ah well, it will be here soon enough. Best wishes for your surgery. Hi Arleen Welcome to the May board! There are great people here who are very supportive. My surgery is on the 29th and I think I'm the opposite of you. I wish I could block it! Good Luck with everything and let us know how things go. See ya on the bench! Kathy
