Wow Moment

Okay....so I am one week out from surgery and I already have lost 28 pounds I still cant believe that it is real. Before surgery that would have taken months to lose if I was even able to lose it at all. For once in my life, I do not dread getting on the scale. Just wanted to share!!!!Michele

WOW MICHELE!!!! That's incredible!!!!! Are you taking measurements too? If you hit a plateau you'll still be losing inches. I did my spreadsheet last night.
