two week post op dr visit

hello everyone!! today i went in for my two week post op visit and i have lost 27 1/2 lbs!! (this is from starting my two week pre liquid diet).. its awesome!! pounds i will never see again. thanks for the continue support here. and congrats to everyone working so hard to living again!!! its great to ride the roller coaster together. here's to everyone.... tina

That is so good. My surgery was 5/08 and I go this morning for my 2 week post-op. i have lost 17lbs. Wish me luck!!

Hi Tina, Congratulations and keep up the good work. I went for my 2 week pre-op yesterday and I was shocked that I lost 36 pounds so far and 2 inches off my hips and 2 inches off my waist. I am 60 years old so I thought for sure I would lose slower then the younger patients and even the doctor was surprised but I am just happy that it is coming off. I know it will slow down so I am enjoying the ride while it lasts. WE ARE LOSERS!! Hugs, Esther

Congratulations Tina!! I have lost 12 lbs. since surgery, but 33 lbs. total since starting my journey!! Isn't it great............those lbs. are gone forever!! ~~Betsy
