Almost there!

Hi all! I am 8 days and counting to the big day! I have three more days of work and I leave Ontario for Michigan on the 28th! I am trying to concentrate, but let me tell you it is hard to do! I also find I am very emotional about work and getting things done before I leave. I keep trying to get on top of all the cleaning and packing I need to do but it seems like it just never ends. I could work around my house and never stop! Best wished to all of you who are close to your dates. Jen S.

Oh I know exactly what you are feeling. My surgery is a week from today and I have been able to focus on nothing but it! Had my pre-op stuff today. Hard to beleive that my new life starts in 7 days! Sending you positive energy from NY

Best wishes to you Jen! My surgery is Friday and I'm so excited it's ridiculous. I think the last time I was this excited was when I gave birth to my miracle baby. So, the miracles keep adding up. You'll be in my thoughts!!! Just hang in there, take LOTS of pictures and make sure you write in a journal. I've never been a big journal keeper but this journey is far too important not to.
