They moved my surgery time up!

I'm now the first person on Wed. the 23rd! I have to check in at 6:15 am for an 8:15 am surgery. Apparently, Dr. Nishi had a lot of people scheduled for that day and had only 1 room reserved. He was afraid I'd get caught up in a backlog (I was originally scheduled for 1:15 pm) so he requested another room to work out of and moved me up. At least I don't have as much time to but I'm sure i'll be very at that time of morning without my Starbucks!!!!

Good Luck Erika! I will find out exactly what time my surgery will be sometime tomorrow. I am hoping I will need to be there like 7:30 am. We'll see. Remember, De-Caf Startbucks after surgery. Jan

Hi Erika - We have the same day, and I hope the same time! I requested to be the first of the day, and Dr. Deveney seemed to be making note of that, but there was no guarantee. I will find out tomorrow afternoon. It's all very exciting, isn't it! Best of luck to you! I hope all goes well...we'll be comparing notes by this time next week! Gayla
