Yes...I did say walking in to the O.R.......my surgeon makes you walk yourself into the O.R. and get on the table yourself. He thinks of it as a great chance to get your circulation moving before they put you out. I can't believe it's really happening............I'm a little less nervous at this exact moment--but I'm sure the nerves we'll be full-on tomorrow morning. My surgery is at 8:15 am Central time. Wish me luck..................And good luck to all the other May 17thers!!!! Tomorrow is OUR DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Courtney

That's great! I'm sure you'll do well. I wish I could have done that too but NOOOOO. I even asked if I could at least walk from the bed to the operating table within the O.R. suite and still NOOOOOO. I had to transfer from one to the other; do they know how difficult that is for an obese person with an IV in their hand! You go girl!!!

Best wishes Courtney! I'll be thinking about you and the rest of the May 17th gang today! You're all going to do just great! My surgeon does the same thing. You leave your family and walk on into the OR and you get on the table yourself. I love it! See you when you return to the forum! * Cyndi *
