I knew that I would lose my weight quickly, but this is amazing! I've lost 10lbs from Friday to Monday. Including my Pre-op fast, surgery(May 4th) to now, I've lost 34lbs!!! Holy Cow!!!!

wow!! you rock!!

i went in today for a checkup. tomorrow will be my first week since surgery and from starting my two week liquid til today i have lost 21lbs. i dont know about you, but i sat there in the office thinking this is not coming back, even when i can eat solids again..somebody pinch me and wake me up!!!
