Prayers Needed

Please pray that I am able to have my surgery on Friday, May 18th. I have a stuffy nose and this is considered elective surgery. I've been on this pre-op diet seven days and would hate to have my surgery cancelled. My PCP has me taking 12 Hour Sudafed and told me to keep my fingers crossed.

I will pray for you, but be encouraged that my surgery was May 4th and I had a stuffy nose up to May 3rd. As long as you are not completly congested, even after you blow your nose, or you are not running a fever, you should be just fine. Be Blessed!

My prayers are there.. I also have had that cold or what ever they call it and I was able to have surgery.. I know everything will go great!!!

Sharee, I have read several posts from those who had similar probs, and that wasn't a factor. I had a sinus congestion and it didn't stop mine, either!! I think you are gonna be a "go" for sure!! Blessings! Karen

Have you tried Zinc and Vitamin C? I'm worried I'll get sick next week when I've FOUGHT so hard, so I know how you feel. Good luck!!
