***Monday Weight Reductions***
Okay folks,
I've changed weekly weight reduction checks for those who wish to participate. I personally have a harder time doing a good job on the weekends, so I've changed my weight checking day to Monday mornings. This should help me stay focused over the weekend better than doing the check on the Friday schedule I was using. If you don't weigh on Monday, then you can just use your latest number from the past week. If you have never posted, give yourself a "jumpy thing" for every pound you have lost since surgery.....that will keep some of you very busy typing.
I regret to say that I had no weight loss this past week and have remained on this wonderful plateau. I can feel that I'm doing better than my numbers show. So, no jumping blobs for me this week. For each pound you lose, give yourself a jumping blob by typing the word "jump" (with a colon on both sides of the word ":"). That will embed the jumping blob into your reply. I hope all of you had a great week.
Let's see all those jumpers...jumping for joy because they are free.
