I'm initiating a new feature on this board (kind of like the "What did you eat today?" section on the RNY board) that is totally voluntary. You may check in at any point during the week, but I will be posting this on Fridays since that is the day of the week I check my progress. How and if you choose to share is your choice. If you find it helpful to throw it out there to the world (our little world) then please share.
Please feel free to give praise to anyone *****aches a milestone or does exceptionally well in a given week. The idea here is to build our own motivational group among ourselves.

To add a message emoticon, you just type the word "jump" with a colon on both sides. I can't show you or it will just show the icon. See the box off to the right??? It shows you how to get different emoticons to show up...what to type on the left side with what it will look like in the message on the right.
