Rebecca,
I did hear from Theresa (you may recall our "special guest" to the chat room last Sunday) say that when she uses protein, she uses the unflavored Unjury with chicken broth. I think she told me this one several weeks ago so it wasn't that you missed it in the chat discussion. Just a thought...
It is good that you are determined to keep the right frame of mind to do what needs to be done to get to the prize.

I mixed mine the same way. I like the choc. unjury and the chicken broth. I am going to order more of the chicken I liked it that much. Everyone just has different tastes. Hopefully I will still like them after surgery since I like them now. Just keep trying is all I can suggest.
Good Luck!! ~~Betsy
I am loving the EAS - I mix the vanilla with frozen berries, sometimes I just add some flavoring, sometimes I make the chocolate - but I love it. I haven't tried the Unjury yet, but would like to try it with broth! I guess I better get on the ball if I am going to try it, I only have a few more days....
hi, I am using the UNJURY. I USE THE UNFLAVORED ( still has a taste, not bad) and the chocolate. I like them both. I am still on pre liquids for two more days and have mixed the unflavored with crystal light and the chicken broth..not bad at all. but that is my taste. a book that i read suggested to use some extracts like vanilla coconut, almond, etc. ground cinnamon. hazelnut syrup. you can also use frozen fruits with no sugar added. The book I have read is LIVING AND EATING WELL AFTER WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY BEFORE AND AFTER BY SUSAN MARIA LEACH.
hope this helps.
GOOD LUCK I KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS...
