May 9th

Hey all, my date is May 9th and I am getting really excited. I ran into my surgeon at work today (I work in a hospital) and he is so nice. I am just trying to get over the last few days of the liquid diet before the surgery. I hope it will not be anywhere nearly as hard after the surgery as I won't feel hungry anymore. I just want the day to be here!! Everyone keeps asking if I am nervous and I tell them no, I just want it to happen at this point!

My date is May 9th too! I'm working with Dr. Bauman in Concord - NE Medical Center. I didn't have to do the liquid diet, but I am on strict orders not to gain but try to lose a little before surgery. I'm trying to do a liquid deal, but I usually end up eating one small meal. Good luck! I'll meet you on the loser's bench!

Hi, my surgery is may 9th also. I cant believe it is almost here. I have not felt as hungry as i have for the past two weeks with the liquid thing. The liquid diet has been very hard but I am getting thru it. Our day will be here before you know it. I know we will do GREAT!!! BEST WISHES TINA :WAVES:

Hi - my date is also May 9th - may God bless us all with an uneventful surgery and recovery - I don't have a pre-op diet either - maybe I should have - I've had about 10 last meals now. Best to you all on the 9th!
