May 9th Surgery dates....Who's with me?!??!?

All right people, our time is approaching fast. Are we ready for surgery and recovery?!?!??!??! Have we prepared our minds and bodies for the road ahead of us?!?!?!? Do we have all of our ducks in a row, forms filled out, hospital bag packed, post-op food stocked, a clean house to come home too?!?!??! I am ready, willing and able to have this surgery and accept the changes that it will make to my life. How about you???.....Who's with me on this one?!?!??! I need all of your support and I am ready, willing and able to give it right back to those who need it. Just let me know. We are in for the ride of our lives!!! Hi Alli, I'm with you! May 9th is my date too. But in the midst of all the stress of surgery, I just accepted a new job, and I give notice to my old one today! Lucky for me I'm not worrying too much about May 9th or this liquid diet (which works wonders). I too am ready for this surgery and all the life changes that come with it. Here's to us! -Susan

Susan, we will both do just fine!!! How exciting to be getting a new job, and then surgery, lots of good things all happening at once. Luckily for me, no liquid diet, just a lovely bowel cleanse the day before surgery LOL
