What are you meaning by pulling you down? Depressed, tired, hungry? I am on day 8 of my 2 week liquid diet. About the 3rd - 4th day I was getting dizzy spells and tired... I drank some chicken broth, made sure I was getting the right amount of protein. I try to write down everything I am drinking, therefore, I am making sure that I am getting the proper nutrients. Make sure you are taking your vitamins too... I missed them that 3rd and 4th day, might have been why I got dizzy. Remember why you are doing this, You will make it through... If you need to talk, feel free to pm me.... Good luck...

Try adding a banana, my nutritionist said it was an alright amount of carbs to add. Just hang in there, it is hard, but just stay on track, keep it up, it will be worth it in the end!

I think the biggest issue for me is keeping myself busy when everybody else is eating. I cook dinner for my family and after I drink my dinner, I just sit and watch them eat...sucks! The hunger pains come and go, but I know this is part of the WLS journey that we must travel to get to our goal. Hang in there. God speed.
