One more month....

My surgery date is May 17th. I wonder how long it will take for this next month to go by. I have my pre-op on May 4th. I usually only rush the weekends to get here....now I'm rushing an entire month away!!

Well for goodness sakes, if we meet at the support group, don't look at my size 13 feet! If I wear bright colored shoes, they look just like clown feet. :-o

As long as you don't wear a red nose, multi-colored wig, and paint your face, I think I'll be okay. Is it the 17th yet?

Im with ya on that - hoping this last month flies by!!!!!! My date is also May 17th, and my pre-op is May 1st!! Im so anxious to find out if I will be doing a two week liquid diet or a bowel prep the day before surgery (I'm hoping not!!)!! Here's to NOT having to do the two week liquid diet!! Good luck to you also. I use to "frequent" the Newport News area for about a year. My ex-boyfriend (good riddance!) lived up there before he moved here to Charlotte wtih me. I was living in Greenville, NC at the time.

Congratulations, My surgery is on May 14th. I too am trying to rush the days away. It sure can't get here fast enough. Good luck and here's to an uneventful surgery and speedy recovery. Michele

I could have had it April 30th, but I decided to be easy to get along with at work. I work at a University and the students go on their international trip on May 19th. So, I chose to be a good employee. Plus you May folks are way cooler!!!
