My date is May 29th!

Seems so far away but I'm sure it will come fast. Has anyone had Dr. Dan-Akron City? I feel very comfortable with him. The staff and program there is great.

Hi Mel, I'm in Charlotte NC and don't know Dr. Dan but I do have the same date as you. I had the opportunity to schedule an earlier date but there are two conferences I need to attend between now and then. The 29th was the first possible day after the second conference but it seems like a loooong wait. Good support team here, too. I'm seeing Dr. Bauman and they have a full-service office with nutrition program on site and a support group. Best wishes for your surgery! -- T.Rob

Thank you for the encouragement. I also had an opportunity to have my surgery 2 weeks earlier but with vacations at work, it didn't work. The time will fly. I have a preop class and preop testing May 7 and back to the surgeon on May 16 for signing papers. It will move along quickly. Nice to see your picture. I'm gonna have to work on mine.
