Hey Kathryn good to see you again. It's only 12lbs - you realised in time to do something positive about it. You coudl have left it until it was 120lbs - then would be a time to worry. You've done it before, you can do it again. Get back to basics - stay away from grazing and you'll get those off in no time. Glad to hear that you have been enjoying life- that's what wls is all about.. Be good to see you around more now you are back

I love seeing washing drying on the line, especially when there is a gentle breeze - something very relaxing about that. And I could while away hours on a good book!! I'm reading a Nora Roberts one at the moment. Now the hot tea - lovely, but washing the dishes - hmmm, I think I'll leave that one to you

Ooh, those are some good ideas - I really need times of sitting quietly pondering, and I haven't made time for it. I also haven't done my nails in like forever - I just did them this morning while siting in bed relaxing (then went and hung wallpaper in teh bedroom so they look a mess again, but I got the benefit from it, plus I get to do it all over again later ) One thing I've started doing again is playing my keyboard. These are the things that get pushed out of the schedule but are probably the most important! My daughter loves giving (and receiving) head massages. It only takes a few moments, but boy does it feel good. Anyone else have any other ideas - come on gang...

The question is what can we do to release stress RIGHT NOW? How about we come up with some ideas: * turn on the radio and dance * clean a room in the house so it makes you proud * sit quietly and ponder something and see where your mind takes you * bake something for another family or for your own to surprise them * a facial * a deep heat hair treatment * painting our finger or toe nails *making a to do list and actually getting something done (what's that like?) * writing to people and telling them how special they are what else can we come up with?
