Course I don't mind - it'll be great to see what other people are cooking up. I can't get my tuna steaks til Thursday - thats' when they come into the store and they all get bought up by the weekend. I've never tried tuna steaks - eat loads of canned tuna. I'm looking forward to trying it, and seeing hat else we can cook up together.

Good Luck Kathryn I did this once and once I got past the first two days (which were not fun for me) I really valued the experience. I think it has been 5 months since I have done it and I am still getting the benefits from it. Holly

Will you post photos of your lake walk for us? I'm going to dance the night away at a friends daughter's bat mitzvah for the actual anniversary but to celebrate i might go camping with my surgery partner and our families! I've never been camping as a normal person I'm wondering if it'll be better or will i hate it just as much as I did before? ANDI

Ruthy what if we all took a day and posted a new and healthy recipe to keep things fresh and exciting so that it's not all on you? I'll do one for tomorrow if you'd like. ANDI

I'm sure you'll do great Kathryn. Post every day if you can so we can cheer you on. When I did it, I found it easier to look on it as a detox rather than a diet, but that's just me. I certainly showed me that I could say no when I wanted to put something in my mouth that I know I shouldn't. hugs,
