what about using fit day or one of the other trackers for a few days to see where the challenge lies? My period is due this week so i haven't even weighed because i know i'll freak out. I'm trying desperately not to freak out this week although some of my clothes don't feel as roomy as they did a few weeks ago and that's making me nuts. I have to make an appointment for my two year check up and I just know he's going to be disappointed i didn't reach goal...hell i'm disapointed i didn't reach goal too. ANDI

i'm not really sure but i know i have to come home and nap after work now and I never used to have to do that. I get up again around 7:30 but that's all i do i get up a bit confused. I wish i had an answer to this. ANDI

So I managed to stay at 170 lbs for 9 months all the time trying to lose, but not stressing too much about it. The minute I try harder and really focus on losing and getting this weight going again, I gain 5lbs over night and 2 more the next night. So what gives????? I tried to ignore the first 5 pounds thinking it was a blip and would drop in a few days, but now it's gone up again I'm getting desperate. There is NO WAY I can let myself get up to 266 lbs again.

I lack energy with low/no carbs, so that in turn makes me crappy to those around me. It didn't used to be this way - I found carbs made me more tired a while back. So what's changed?

I have noticed something this go round on "Andi just eats meat"....my attitude sucks. I'm quite a bit happier when i'm in carb'land, is that my true personality or does the carb fairy just try to make my life better? When you've got no foods to look forward to things are rather bleak aren't they? I'm pre-menstrual this week and things are just not looking rosey and it's making me crabby (more crabby then usual i noticed). How is everyone else doing on this? ANDI

Sounds like you are doing great Karen - pounds moving already! Keep up the great work, you can do it. Hang around here and let us know each day how it's gone - even if it was terrible, we can commiserate with you and suport you to get through the next day, and celebrate when the days go to plan.

Hey Katherine First of all ~ take a deep breath! Your schedule has me exhausted just reading it. As you say, stress is the last thing you need right now. Sounds like you need to go take a Light some candles, take in a good book, lock the bathroom door and have some quality 'me' time. Mindyou, doesn't sound like that's gonna happen any time soon. Schedules get so hectic don't they. The thinner and fitter we get the more we try and fit into our alreay busy lives. Hope the tests results come back positive and help in the long run. Thinking of you (and feel free to whine here any time - we can handle it) Ruth

Hey Heather good to see you. Yay - tummy tuck - sounds like you've done really great! And yes, we want pics to see the new you. What a fabulous way to celebrate the second anniversary. I'm trying to get to running a mile by my anniversary on the 31st. Not sure if I'll get there though...but I'm going to try.

Thanks Andi....I'm not going to beat myself up...but I do think "why did I just eat that!":!??? I did good last night,the kids had an ice cream cone and they didn't finish the cone and I threw it away!! Thats allot of my problem again..eating what the kids don't finish!! But so far so good today again...I did kinda change at lunch and had a bowl of green pepper soup! I had brought a salad,strawberries and roast meat from supper... sloppy joes tonight...have to not have that on bread or a bun,,,,which will be hard not to!!
