Topic: RE: TLL - total energy expenditure
Hi Maria
I've been struggling to know how many calories I should be eating. Up to recently I've been eating below 1000 per day but haven't been losing, so thought I'd try and find out seeing as I haven't had the benefit of a NUT to ask.
After looking at all this stuff I've figured that I need to eat between 1200 - 1500 per day to lose. And now I've upped my intake it does seem to be working and I think the weight is shifting again. I'll let you know on Friday when I do my official weigh in.
Mindyou, it says my metabolic age is 52!! Not kind seeing as I'm only 43 yikes! Also says my ideal weigh tis 132 which was my otiginal goal - slap bang in the middle of normal bmi range. I really don't think I'm going to get there so have revised my goal to get to normal bmi. I will still try to keep going but won't be stressing myself out to get there.
Have a good day and rest those brain cells

Hmm..I didn' tdo my basic metabloic age - I just did my daily caloric needs. I'll have to check out the age thing just for a laugh.

Topic: RE: HONEY MOON DEFINATELY OVER
Hmmm...yes 40oz would be far too much coffee for me. I can only get through 6-8oz!!
No wonder you can whizz around all day - you must be buzzing
Glad you solved the problem though.

PROBLEM SOLVED.... 40 oz of coffee is too much coffee...
so now I have a nice single egg fried in 1 Tbl of pure butter and gently laid on a slice of home made whole wheat bread with the crusts cut off.
3 or 4 hours later, I make 1 single mug of coffee.. about a 12 oz mug. and then I am FINE.. no dumping for four days now! HOLY COW...
two ding dongs today were seriously tempting fate, but I sneaked in under the wire.
WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT???
Topic: Hello & New Pics!! Miss ya!!
HI everyone! I've been away for a long time. Miss talking to all of you. I just posted my 2 year pics to my profile. I've been busy with the family. Hey Ruth, have you ever heard of the Harlequins rugby team? I met some people from their team.
Hugs,
Darlene
