Topic: Happy July 4th!!!
Hi everyone
hope you are enjoying your BBQ's today. We've had ours - lots of protein, lots of sunshine and our daughter had a friend over to play. Now I've got the evening to myself as hubbie has gone out to a gig rehearsal.
How are you all doing?
Oh, by the way, no weight loss yet from all my exercise activity, but I measured myself when I started and then again today - I've lost an inch under my bust, and an inch from my thighs combined! So as the measurement for my actual bust has stayed the same, I'm not sure how that works as I'm still a f-g cup (depending on the bra fit)??? and the trouble is that my thighs and legs are fairly small anyway, but a loss is a loss so I'll take it. maybe it will give my waist and hips the incentive to lose too????
Topic: RE: Does anyone feel a fraud?
no but my girls told me today that I was a CHEATER.. they are 60 lbs overweight and we complaining that their bellies were hanging out.
Topic: Does anyone feel a fraud?
I do...sometimes when friends make comments about how good I am looking and how I genuinely look like I don't need to lose anymore weight (friends who I value their honesty) I feel like I am pretending to be a thin person.
Does anyone else feel like this at times?

3. i pooped on my own without the use of medications and what not! My body seems to like being on a regimented eating routine and i feel better when i'm on it.
weigh in is Wednesday and I'll see how I do then. I have procrastinated going to the gym and that's a bad t hing but i'm working on it. ANDI
Topic: RE: Where Did Everybody Go?
for me it's not about the finish line it's about being within an acceptable weight for me. I want my shorts to fit like they did last year and right now they are a bit snug and I don't like how that feels....my husband said they looked find but I know they don't feel the same. ANDI

You are absolutely right Andi
here we are over two years out and we are no where near being back to where we started - that is a major accomplishment in itself. I've never lost this much weight, and after losing less than this I would have put it and tons more back on long ago.
We are holding our own, even if we aren't done losing yet.

(((((((Ruthy))))))))))))) I think you're a winner because you keep plugging along! Every day that we wake up and wage the war on fat we're a winner! Any day we try to do better i think we're winners. Today is my first day back on weigh****chers and I'm determined to make a go of it! ANDI ps. today i will be joining the gym and i'm pretty excited.
