I agree.. i belonged to curves and it is so repetive it doesnt grow with you like a gym does. the other thing is you have to start augmenting what you are doing just to make keep you at a higher heart beat. Its a waste of time if you ask me.. i left and I have been much happier with a gym. they have all kinds of classes and the weights that grow with you. As for weight.. I lost all that I gained and I am down one more pound to boot.. good week for me. Starting -- 264 Last week- 124 This week 120 Lost 4 pounds 3 of which I lost before.. so really one pound lost. congrats on all your sucess...

I am constantly amazed at hearing from other mom's that their house is noisy with children around. even when we have friends over (currently there are three boys in the toy room, ages 6, 7 & 8) there is rarely noise to be heard outside of the door. I have been trying to teach my daughter how to raise a quiet and self entertaining child heehee so far she is just starting, but I am sure in 6 months, we will have Jordan behaving just as well. I find that while the children (my own 5 and my newly acquired 3) require a lot of 'attention' but overall, are very self sufficient and quiet so that I can get my 'time'. I do not think that enough moms demand peace and quiet. I do not know when or where I was able to go from the mom that couldn't talk on the phone without being interupted to the mom that was not disturbed very often.

Hi Ruth last week 141 this week 140 lost 1lb total lost 143lbs and I would say NO to curves, it is too repetitive and you loose the benefits after you body gets used to the same routine over and over again, that's why personal trainers change things up all the time... they want to keep your body working off the fat.

GRRRrrrrr for me too!! I have played with the same 2lbs for several months now!! I guess my body is where it wants to be!! I am ok with getting so close to my Dr's goal and not making it as I think I would look sickly if I lost 6-8 more pounds!! But everytime that stupid scale goes up 2 lbs I freak thinking here I go again....Just like in the old diet days!! Thinking I knew this was too good to be true. Last week 126 This week 128 week before 126 Up down Up down I might as well be on a see-saw!!!
