I buy glycerin soap blocks and then cut them up into bits. put them in a plastic container with soap colors, glitter(for soap) and some olive oil, or what ever I want to add, heat it up add fragrance (perfume, scented oil... pour into molds, or silicone pans and let it harden, then pop into the fridge to get cold. push out of the molds (sometimes cut them) and have a pretty soap bar...

Happy Anniversary!!!! My hubby and I celebrated our 15th on Aug. 1st. I just can't imagine 39 yrs. That is Awesome!
And I have to agree no to the Curves! Not at this point! Don't get me wrong I use to belong to curves and it was great for the first few months to get me motivated and its all female no coed but after that you really need the variety a gym, trainer and different classes offer. The only way I got out of my contract is my Dr wrote a prescription telling them I couldn't exercise due to my hernia. So be careful of any contracts.

I've meandered my way down to territory I didn't think I'd see. The surgeon's office was happy with me at 200, so I guess I've gone beyond goal at this point. Feels good.

Hi guys
so what are we all doing this weekend?
I am decorating my bathroom - started today and hope to fini**** is a holiday weekend for us - Monday off yay! So far the ceiling is painted and I have painted the lower half of the walls - I'm having paper on the top half. Only trouble is the paint hasn't come out quite the colour I was expecting!! It was supposed to be a natural/nuetral brown/beige colour, but has actually come out a more appropriate colour for the bathroom (if you get my meaning - the colour I get if I eat too much sugar )
Sigh, oh well, I hope it dries different
Have a great weekend everyone
Oh PS my other plans are to NOT KEEP SNACKING!!!!! Hmm...wonder how well I'll do on that plan?

Hey Kathryn
You are doing GREAT!! ONEDERLAND - YAY You have done a great job losing over 130 pounds in total WOW WOOHOO........
AND...you lost 4 pounds this week
Just keep plugging away and you'll get to whatever goal your body wants. Keep posting your weight each week here - that way no matter how you feel about it, you'll get encouragement from others here. No one is going to judge you (well they'd better not or they'll have me to content with )
