I am wondering Ruth if you are getting enough food? Have you done calorie counts? I was told that I need at least 1000 per day to avoid starvation problems.
B Flax bar and nonfat latte
L fish sandwich and drip coffee with 1tbsp cream
S blueberries
D turkey meatballs (about 10) and several bites of pasta that it was baked in
S smart pop popcorn (instead of taking the kids for icecream)

B= 1/2egg with cottage cheese
l=grilled chicken salad
s= cheese bar and protein chips
d= meatball with mushrooms and 3 gnocchi's

your weight is mostly muscle. {you are not a fat girl anymore} {your are an athlete} {very very cool}
with all you exercise... your body will hold on to the weight because you work out so much and your body needs the calories you eat to survive and to build the muscle... if you really want the pounds to go down ...don't work out so much.. then you body will let go of the pounds.
otherwise, be very proud of all you have done and what a great athlete you are becoming.

Glad to see your maintaining ! up one pound should not be too bad for you... you are perfect! and a great example for others who have had the surgery!

Ruth, you beat yourself up too much! Cheese, grapes, and cucumber for a snack is NOT bad! Seriously, it was a good snack! Just think, you could have eaten a candy bar or cookies instead ... so you did great!
Today for me:
B-- 3/4 c. Special K Protein Plus cereal with 15 raisins (yes, I count them!) and skim milk
S-- sugar free hot cocoa
L-- MexiMelt from Taco Bell
S-- 1 slice whole wheat toast and 1 mini chocolate chip cookie that my son didn't eat! (eeks!)
D-- no clue ... today is pay day so I need to go grocery shopping.
S after gym-- banana with peanut butter
I'm trying to make sure I get all my water in each day because I had started falling behind on it. And drinking an occasional diet pepsi! YIKES! I don't need the diet pepsi ... so I am giving it up and going back to water and only water. I feel like I'm peeing all the time now!

Uh oh---just added 2oz cheese, a few grapes and some cucumber as an evening snack. I was getting desperate to eat something aghhhhh, so tried to chose something not too bad. This is on top of countless cups of tea and latte!!

maybe some kind of chicken for supper
trying not to snack so much! my weight really upset me today!!!
need more fluids,been drinking diet coke...had 2 cans already!! bad...
