Our cat had 5 kittens - and they are soooo cute, I want to keep them all. We have 2 tortoiseshell, one grey strip (which we are keeping) one pale ginger stripe and one bright ginger and white. I'll try to get some pics for you
I wondered when your 10k race was and if you'd already done it or not. I know you'll do great, be excited not nervous or channel the nervous energy into running energy

I like IKEA, but they are always so crowded here it puts me off. Plus unless I go regularly, I can never find anything so get totally frustraed and end up having an argument with hubbie!! So I don't go very often (which just makes a vicious circle really

Way too many carbs! Plus I drank zero yesterday!

1. I bought a skirt the other day and just picked up the large and didn't try it on until I got home ... it was too big so I had to exchange it for the medium!
2. I ran 3 miles at the gym the other night with no problems!
3. I'm getting smiled at by lots of men! That feels great!
4. I tried on a size 10 jeans the other day and they were too loose!

Today I am going to my daughters school to help out and they want me to make the yearbook for the class this year.
Saturday I dont really have any major plans but I am sure I will be busy.
Sunday my son has a football game and grandma is coming over for a BBQ so I will be busy all day.

I have had so many wow moments they have all blended all together..
I went shopping at JC Pennys the other day and because of my size there were tons of clothes on the clearance rack in my size. I cleaned up buying 15 pair of pants for 2.97 dollar a piece. The wow in that is that most ppl dont wear 1-5 so I had an abundance of clothes to pick from.
Yesterday I was talking to this girl that I have always though was so tiny and found out that I am smaller than she it.. she wears a size 7. I never would of guessed that I was smaller than her.. perception is a big problem for me right now. That was a wow in itself.
I can sit with my knees all the way up to my chest with out any problem.. it feels weird being able to get into all these strange positions now without any problem.

That is very common when you first start working out.. you body retains fluids cause the muscles swell from the exercise.. it takes a few weeks but the scales will do a drop and than continue on the downward slide. know that you're ok.. it happens.. and the end results are what is gonna count here...
