I think Andi is right about an 8/10... if you get sick we now have CVS with minute clinics in them, they have a doctor who can help and give a perscription. and most stores have protein supplies, but you should be fine with regular food most of the time.. even the airports have very nice salads and sandwiches to go that are good for you, I eat everything but the bread...and buy nuts and stuff to help...

Hi Carla
sounds like fun, we just got back from Charlotte NC, I planned the Christmas party for my husbands company. had 3 truckloads of baskets to unpack and set up with my son... LOL it was fun... Just curious how much do you weigh now? I dropped to 120, 121 or 122 give or take a day. I feel great.... (except for this darn sinus infection...LOL) but you know what I mean...

Hi Joe!
Great to hear from you! Sounds like you are doing VERY well! Did you ever imagine you'd weigh 176 pounds? That is amazing!
My weight is still stuck. No budging! I'm still running and doing races every month. I registered for a 1/2 marathon in June so now I'm committed to train for it! Yikes!
Keep in touch!

YES!!! I've been looking for a way to describe the topping and you've got it exactly. That's the part that I don't like - I seem to get it no matter what size I wear - even if the pants are falling off me.
But I love the description and for some reason it makes it not feel too bad now it has a name
