look, i had to do the same thing. i don't know how you're working it out but this is the dealio. not one grain of rice, slice of bread, piece of potatoe, no cake, no flour at all, no spaghetti, none of that stuff!!!! you can do this!!!! if it wasn't hard for me too, i wouldn't be at this website. come on gurl. diet drinks, no bananas. you gotta start listening to your stomach hunger, not mouth hunger. lipton chicken noodle soup. no juice or regular soda!! two cups of salad and two cups of water before lunch and dinner. you can do this!!!!!
