SCARED OF POST SURGERY

I would like to hear from anyone who has had lapro. RNY done by Dr. David Lautz in Boston, MA I am scheduled for sugery on May 17th. I am especially interested in post surgical experience.

Hi Amy! If you want to hear from post-ops, you might want to post on the main board, or on Dr. Lautz's forum. I'm having surgery with him on 5/2 (lap RNY). I've done a lot of research on Dr.s and am feeling very comfortable with him. Good luck, and I'll let you know how mine goes with him.

I haven't had the surgery yet, either but for the most part from the expericences that I have read about and details from friends who have had the surgery it generaly goes well with moderate pain levels and mostly uneventful. Don't worry you'll do great!
