Anyone having surgery in May 2006?

I just got my surgery date for May 15th. They offered a date in April as well as May 2nd but regrettably I had to decline both b/c my partner and I are closing on a house on April 28th and I can't be out of commission during that time. Also, my boss asked me to wait until the end of the semester to have the surgery so... I start my liquid diet May 1st. As tough as that will be, I'm sure looking forward to it b/c its the last step before the surgery. I'm so excited and really having a hard time thinking of much else.

May 2 for me! Thank God for his grace. I can't believe it is really going to happen. I don 't know what to do with my self. I have been taking my chewable vitamins and calcium supplements since Feb 8th.It took about 3 weeks for insurance approval. Stocking up on the things I will need for Post Op. I ready. Hi, Congrats on your surgery. I hope everything goes well for you. My surgery date is may 10th at 12:30PM. I am a little scared but ready to lose this excess weight that has been holding me back for years.

Hi my date is may 4th!!

May 8th for me! I was originally scheduled for March 14, but had to wait till lab work improved. I'm also having Dr. Posner do my lap RNY. I live about 30 minutes from you. Keep me posted. Candy
