Weekly Weigh In
Hi folks
how has your week been? I've been sick in bed for part of it with a throat infection so didn't eat a thing or move out of bed for three days! Feeling much better now thank goodness.
Here are my numbers - I'm pleased, slow but steady is what I'm after:
Last week: 176lbs
This week: 175lbs
Reality Goal: 154lbs
Dream Goal: 135lbs
It's a loss so I'll take it. Have a great week and see you here next Friday.

Just found out I'm pregnant. Went to the dr for my first visit and weighed in at 202! YIKES! I'm gonna really have to deal with the weight gain in a positive note.
Start 332
Lowest 189
Now 202
I honestly haven't eaten healthy in about 3 months. I hope my pregnancy will get me back on track. Who knows? I may actually lose weight (while my baby gains) due to healthier eating habits! It can be so easy to get off track!

so good to see you. Wow - Pregnant!! I hope congratulations are in order? Now you know how nosey I am, so I want constant updates on how the pregnancy is going each week...the more details the better. :o)
I'm sure you will do fine on the weight - what's important is eating healthy for the baby, rather than losing weight now. That can come later when you are running around after a mobile toddler LOL!!!
Talk about life changing - lose weight, get married, have a baby - WOW!!!
