the scale has been climbing up and up the last few months.. faster over the last month. combination of moving less and eating more and eating more crap. today is a 5 miles bike ride and four water bottles and no coffee today. Kat

it started out innocently enough with the soft dinner mints... then it sneaked over into the donuts... and quite frankly, it is hard to say where it will end. it just frustrates me to no end that I can eat oatmeal and dump, but I eat donuts and am fine. I can eat corn and puke, but I can happily snack on candy and be fine. Coffee is toxic waste and I dump like there is no tomorrow, and orange juice is not even a problem. grrrr grrr

there are a few foods that just do me wrong: rice, farina, any and all fruit, there are a few others but i can't think of them now! I can eat candy with no problem, ice cream gives me a challenge, buttered movie theater popcorn runs through me like it had track shoes on (somes days that's the only exercise i get!) BUT all that stops tomorrow i'm going to make a concerted effort to really improve my eating and stop taking it out on me! ANDI

FARINA.. what is up with that? it SHOULD be healthy but it messes with me every time. today I did scale back a bit, opted for no coffee and for egg and biscuit for breakfast. no ice cream with the kids after swim practice. fried egg on whole wheat bread instead a single soft shell taco for dinner with chicken, onions, sour cream and cheese. doing my best to get down four water bottles today. I may have to add in some laxative since I am simply not MOVING like I should. a little MOM should do the trick, you would think, but once a day has not had an impact as of yet. I did pedal 5 miles today but not at any speed that would accomplish anything noteworthy. it was 101 degrees and I was melting.

What is it with dumping? I hardly ever do now and if I do it's on healthy good choice stuff grrrrr. I wish I was someone who dumped on a speck of sugar, or a drip of fat.

precisely. I wish that was the case. I have notices that I am requiring a significant larger quantity of splenda to achieve the same results as two years ago in 'sweetness' factor. very strange.

PROBLEM SOLVED.... 40 oz of coffee is too much coffee... so now I have a nice single egg fried in 1 Tbl of pure butter and gently laid on a slice of home made whole wheat bread with the crusts cut off. 3 or 4 hours later, I make 1 single mug of coffee.. about a 12 oz mug. and then I am FINE.. no dumping for four days now! HOLY COW... two ding dongs today were seriously tempting fate, but I sneaked in under the wire. WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT???
